To do some higher level settings in your computer, you will require administrative privileges to perform the action. Even if your user account is administrator or even more, the only administrator, you still won't have the access to get administrative privilege. So follow these steps set up administrative privilege in your user account.

1.Click on "Computer".

2.Right click on the Hard Disk icon where your OS is installed on and click "Properties".

3.Click the "Security" tab.

4.Click the "Advanced" tab.

5.Click the "Change Permissions" button located after the Permission Entries list.

6.A new window will appear on your screen. Such a window contains a list of all the user accounts available on your computer.

7.Select the user account you want to give total control over your Windows and click the "Edit" button.

8.Now, tick the checkbox labeled “Total Control” and press OK.

You are done. Now you have finished setting up administrative privilege in your user account.

          MAKING AND EDITING POSTS

step 1. Open blogger.com and signin. You will reach to blogger dashboard. Click on the  orange tab on the right side of your blog to create a new post. Click the image below to see

step 2. Give any title to the post and make any post that you want. Use the menu table given to insert links, images, URLs, editing fonts,etc. Click on publish to publish your link to your page.

step 3. You can insert a video in you blog by copying the embeded codes in your post. Open video sites like youtube.com or anyother sites. Click "share" and embded and you will get the embded codes. "Copy" the code and go to your blog post editing , click "html" and paste the code.

                                          CHANGING YOUR BLOG'S TEMPLETE

step 1.  Go to your blogger dashboard (blogger.com).

step 2.  Click on your blog name in the bloglisting to get the details of your blog. Click the image below to see.

step 3. Click on "templetes". Select any templete that you like. Click on "". Click the image below to see.

step 4. You can even download templetes from the sites and use it in your blog. To do that, download any templete from any site. Then extract the zip file into a folder.

step 5. Go to blogger dashborad, click on your blog in the blog listing. Click on "templete".

step 6. Click on "Backup/Restore". If you want to save your current templete then click on "Download Fulll Templete".

step 7. Cilck "browse" to select the location of your xml file from the templete that you have just downloaded. Click "upload". Click the images to see

                                   TIPS ABOUT WORKING IN BLOGGER
             (if you already have a gmail account the please proceed from step 2. )

step 1.  Open gmail.com and sign up in gmail

step 2. After your account have been created in gmail, open a new tab and goto blogger.com

step 3. After that you will be redirected to bloggerdash board. Here you will see a tab called "New blog" like in the image given below. By clicking this, you will create a new blog i.e a new website. You can create as many websites as your need. 

                       

step 4. You can put any name in the blog title that represents your blog; like "tips for online earnings" for this blog that you see on the top of this page. Give any address to your site and this will be your stie URL.

step 5. After you have created a blog, it will appear in the blog listings. 

                 
step 6. Click on the blog that you have created. This will show all the detailed information about your blog.
